The Madaam herself! She is the founder of Arts in CT Corporation, owner of Performing Arts Academy of CT, and Tutors 4 Teachers Certification. She is a certified voice teacher, opera singer, actress, director and mentor. She has starred in Hairspray (3x), The Wiz, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Time is Winding up Get Over It in Off Broadway Productions. She has performed in 38 states and 5 countries.

Charley McAfee
Director
Charley attended the Conservatory of Theater Arts and Film at SUNY Purchase and has spent the last six years as a member of the theater faculty at Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School. Recent directing credits include Romeo and Juliet, Ruined, Othello, The Crucible, Clybourne Park, The Tempest, Before Sleep, Hamlet, Julius Caesar, and a Midsummer Night's Dream. He would like to thank his wonderful wife and daughter for their support during this process

Irene Gonzalez
Assistant Director
This is Irene’s first Arts in CT production. She recently has graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Theater Directing, a minor in Journalism, and a focus on Costume Design. She also served as Student Government President, and has trained in acting, singing, and dance for 15 years with The Barrow Group Theater, Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, Full Voice, and Next Generation Kids. Irene has worked professionally as a dancer and actress since she was a child. For the past 8 years Irene has been directing productions in New York City in addition to performing professionally. Outside of theater Irene is currently running her own event and wedding planning company, Irene & Co Events.
