NOTES FROM THE DIRECTOR:
I am extremely proud of this production. This is Aubrey's first musical, many of the students first musical, and the first time I am directing a full length musical as the head director. This was special and I could not have asked for a better group to work with.
To have a successful production you must have more than what you, the audience, is seeing onstage. This company has shown determination, cooperation, respect, commitment, and teamwork to give the Aubrey community a show they will not forget.
These students have all discovered that whether they have four lines or forty lines, were on or offstage, that everyone equally shares the pride and success of such an accomplishment.
I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to our theatre parents and families for their involvement, time, and support.
Thank you to the Aubrey ISD and Aubrey High School adminstration for supporting our program and promoting theatre to the community.
To my seniors-- it will be bittersweet watching the final performance. I am proud of you and would like to thank you all for welcoming me with open arms, trust, and respect. It will be hard to see this show go as well as seeing you walk across the stage in a few months. I will miss each of you and cherish every class, lunch bunch, rehearsal, and production that we had toghther.
You will all do great things and I cannot wait to see what you accomplish in life..
