Michaela Fryer (Madge) is thrilled to debut with AACT following a 10 year theatre hiatus. Some of her favorite roles from her hometown Shoals Theatre include Snow White and Billie Dwyer in Unnecessary Farce. Michaela is a speech-language pathologist with a love of improv comedy. You can also find her co-teaching AACT Academy. She would like to thank her husband Derrick for always being her biggest fan.
Ryan Gibson (Felix) (@thebraindogtor) is making his AACT debut with this production. Having performed in high school and college, Ryan is excited to dust off the old acting chops and embrace the joys of theater again! Ryan is a veterinary neurologist and educator at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and owner of The Brain Dogtor Consultations and Education as well as Petparenteducators.com.
Emily Haga (Daria) joined the AACT family in 2020. She has performed in A Christmas Carol and Check, Please! and is excited to be back on stage. She studied animation and theater at Auburn University. Her passion is using art and storytelling to entertain, teach, and inspire people of all ages. She is thankful for her family, Danny, and all her friends who support her!
Sarah Kirk (Inspector) grew up backstage at AACT. After being involved with the theater in various on and off-stage roles since the early 2000's, she is excited to play the role of the Inspector in The Game’s Afoot. From makeup and costuming, lights and sound to a few on-stage appearances, AACT has been a cornerstone of her upbringing and has led her to pursue a creative career path in videography.
