  Bios

Alexis Ligon (Marta) is blessed to be from Beauregard, AL, where she began her performing career. Her previous roles include Joanne Jefferson in RENT, Barbarina in Le Nozze Di Figaro, First Witch in Dido & Aeneas, Simon in Twisted Tales of Poe, and Rona Lisa Peretti in Spelling Bee. She previously worked as Stage & Production Manager with Auburn University Opera Workshop, and co-directed Almost, Maine for Auburn Area Community Theatre. She is thankful to her family & friends for their support.

Alivia Marchione (Susan) is so excited to be back on stage for her second production with AACT! Originally from sunny Arizona, she’s now a junior at Auburn University where she’s studying early childhood education. Alivia has always had a love for the arts and feels most at home when she’s performing and on stage. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends, exploring fun new restaurants, and belting out her favorite Broadway songs.

Bette Gibson (April) is thrilled to be part of Company! This is her 8th production with AACT, where she’s been involved for many years. Most recently seen in Beauty and the Beast, she’s loved every moment of growing as a performer with this incredible theatre family. Bette attends Southern Union State Community College and plans to continue at Auburn University. She’s grateful to AACT for the opportunity and support, and hopes you enjoy the show as much as she’s enjoyed being part of it!

Bradley Cantrell (Robert) is very excited to be bringing one of his favorite musicals to the Auburn area! This is his first leading role and the role of a lifetime for him! Bradley made his debut at AACT working lights for All Together Now and his acting debut as Spike in Vanya and Sonya and Masha and Spike. Since then he’s gone on to direct/assistant direct two productions, Twisted Tales of Poe and Almost, Maine. He hopes you enjoy Company and his iteration of Bobby!

David Carter (Larry) fell hard for Sondheim in the 80s when his parents backed a community theater production of Sweeney Todd and he was bewitched on Broadway by Bernadette Peters in Into the Woods. Adopted into the AACT family an even dozen years ago in The Secret Garden, he served as human target practice for Kwinton’s mad archery skills in Spamalot, sat vigil in End Days, and won a shiny red truck from Bradley and Bekah in Hands on a Hardbody. Love to my family for encouraging me to play!

Emily Bigler (Sarah) is thrilled to be cast in her second production with AACT! You may have seen her previously as Madame de la Grande Bouche in Beauty and the Beast. Emily spends her time directing the choir and music directing musicals at Beauregard High School, directing a set of fantastic handbell players, and singing in the choir at her local church, Auburn United Methodist Church. She is also a member of the Cahaba Chamber Chorale, a professional choir out of Birmingham, AL.

Micah Coxwell (Paul) is making his AACT debut with Company! He discovered his interest for theater in his junior and senior high school years. He currently attends the University of Mobile, where he is involved in various instrumental ensembles. He is very grateful for the opportunity to participate in Company this summer, along with getting to work with his talented and engaging castmates.
