Sophia Coleman
as Maria Rainer
Thanks to Martin Luther, Sophia Coleman will never be a nun, but she does look good in black. With humble beginnings as “Girl in table,” she has been everything from a cookie to an ocean wave. In her 9th ACS musical, this senior looks forward to riding a cream-colored pony, while unwrapping a brown paper package full of crisp apple strudel, schnitzel, and noodles. Oh yeah, and college, too.

Emma Cameron
as The Mother Abbess
Emma is a junior and has been in many musicals since 5th grade: Wizard of Oz, Bye Bye Birdie, Shrek, Newsies (Oh well), It's a Wonderful Life, Music Man. She plays volleyball, is in Beta Club, student council, HOSA, Spanish Club, and praise band at ACS and church. Emma loves to sing! She would like to thank her family and her Savior, Jesus Christ.

Natalie Erickson
as Sister Berthe
Natalie, a 9th grader at ACS, has been involved in 4 musicals with ACS: Newsies, Singin’ in the Rain, All Together Now, and The Music Man. She was also in Moana with the Augusta Jr. Players, Annie with INSPIRE Studios, and many productions with Showstoppers. She enjoys singing at her church and playing cello, and would like to thank her family, friends, and God.

Julia Wessner
as Sister Margaretta
A homeschool senior, Julia is making her stage debut as Sister Margaretta. Serving as President of Beta Club, dual enrollment, and babysitting keep her days full. She plans on pursuing a nursing degree. She would like to thank Mrs. Dykes and Mr. Norris for their encouraging instruction, ACS for the opportunity, the nun squad for the endless laughter, and her family…her biggest fans!

Abbi Steele
as Sister Sophia
Abbi is a Sophomore at Augusta Christian and has been here since K5. She plays the role of Sister Sophia in this year’s The Sound of Music. She has also participated in other Augusta Christian musicals such as Mary Poppins, Shrek the Musical, Singing in the Rain, and The Music Man. She would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Dykes and Mr. Norris for their hard work and dedication.
