as Theseus, Duke of Athens
Victor Phillips (they/them), a senior at Galileo Magnet High School, is very excited to take on the role of THESEUS in their first college production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Being raised in the world of theatre, Victor loves the thrill of bringing all characters, big and small, to life. Previously, they have played the roles of Goat #1 and Fish in tales of the Brothers Grimm, Charlie (understudy) in Flowers for Algernon, and Oompa Loompa trainee in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, along with many others.

Anna Timm
as Hippotyta, Queen of the Amazons/Titania, Queen of the Fairies
Anna Timm, a Sophomore at Averett University- studying Design and Technical Theatre, is very happy to be back in the theatre playing both HIPPOLYTA and TITANIA in Averett’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is eager to continue learning about the details of propmaking, set building, and -in this case- performing Shakespearean text. Her recent performances include Sister Mary Amnesia in Nunsense, Young Girl and Rosey in Lily Plants a Garden, and Paravicini in The Mouse Trap. She also loves working in the tech crew, specializing in puppetry whenever she can. She can’t wait to get back into the Shakespeare game!

Austin Noblin
as Lysander, young courtier in love with Hermia
Austin Noblin, a junior at Averett University, is making his second Averett debut taking on the role of Lysander in this tedious and brief production of A Misummer Night’s Dream. Austin has thoroughly enjoyed his time here at Averett and is excited to be back on stage. He has previously portrayed Reggie in First Date, Duke in The Great American Trailer Park Musical, and Dromio of Ephesus in A Comedy of Errors. Austin would like to thank his wife Allison and his dad Justin for encouraging him to continue doing what he loves.
