Marvin’s Room had its premiere at the Goodman Theatre Studio in Chicago in 1990, and went on to play in several Off-Broadway houses as well as Washington, D.C. London, and Los Angeles, winning the 1992 Drama Desk Award for Oustanding Play, and the 1992 Drama Critic’s Circle Award Runner-Up, Best American Play. Marvin’s Room was also adapted by John Guare for a film of the same title in 1996. We are exited to report that in just a few months, Marvin’s Room will be making its debut on Broadway with the Roundabout Theatre Company!
