David Mayer
Creative Director
David is in his fourth year as creative director/production manager at Battle Mountain High School after serving as a parent volunteer for many years. Locally he has also worked on productions for Homestake Peak School and the Vail Valley Theatre Company. While living in New York City he was stage manager/technical assistant on two Off Off Broadway productions. He would like to thank his wife Leah and son August for their support, encouragement and love. David enjoys collaborating with the cast and crew during this crazy creative process and hopes to instill in them his passion for the visual and performing arts along the way.

Levi Walker
Musical Director
Levi Walker graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2019, and has been teaching choir and theatre in public schools since then. Mr. Walker has performed and taught in several other countries and continents, including Canada, Germany, South Africa, and Taiwan. He is passionate about teaching youth and empowering them as leaders. Having just moved to the valley, he could not be happier with the warmth and support in this community.

Kris Ashley
Choreographer
Kris studied theatre dance with one of Bob Fosse's dancers, Diana Laurenson, at Broadway Dance Center for more than 10 years. She is thrilled to be choreographing her first Fosse Musical, Pippin. Her choreography has been awarded in national student competitions for her excerpts of "Who's Got the Pain," Damn Yankees, "Mein Herr," Cabaret, "Handful of Keys," Ain't Misbehavin'," as well medley's from "Little Shop of Horrors," "Rocky Horror Picture Show," "Chicago," and "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown." Kris has choreographed dozens of theatre productions, including Aida, Little Shop of Horrors, Grease, Footloose, Shrek, Rapunzel, Annie and BMHS's Legally Blonde. Kris teaches dance everyday in our community through YP365's Celebrate the Beat Program and as Head Coach with the BMHS Huskies Dance Team. Pippin was no small feat! A special thanks to our dance captains Dylan Dodds, and Savina May for their support and student choreography.
