JaySol is a Kansas City-born vocalist whose soulful fusion of pop, rock, jazz, and neo-soul sets her apart. She released her debut EP Inside My Head in 2018 and was named 2020 KC People’s Choice Best Vocalist. With experience singing alongside Grammy-winner Howard Hewett, LeVelle, and international artist Spawnbreezie, JaySol captivates audiences with powerful vocals and a magnetic stage presence.

I was born in KCMO but raised mostly in Inglewood, CA until age 14. Attended high school at Olathe North HS. After graduating in 1989, joined the Army and became a Desert Storm Vet and was stationed in Bremerhaven, Germany for 2 yrs. A few yrs after being discharged, moved to Lincoln, NE. I have performed in Atlanta, Denver, Omaha, Lincoln, and at the Jukehouse!
