Renauld Shelton II
as "Zyair"
Renauld Shelton II brings an electrifying blend of passion and professionalism to Bees Knees Productions’ upcoming play, Sunder. Since stepping into acting in 2020 after answering a Facebook casting call, Renauld has quickly amassed an impressive résumé—most recently appearing in Hallmark’s Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story and Lifetime’s Girl in the Garage. Offstage, he balances a full-time marketing role at the Kansas City Convention Center with building his own luxury apparel line, Material Opulence. An all-around artist driven to “bring Hollywood to Kansas City,” Renauld combines athleticism (football, basketball, boxing) and stunt training with a natural flair for storytelling. “Sunder” marks his latest collaboration with Bees Knees Productions, following his portrayal of Kevin Sr. in The Shooter. Renauld can’t wait to share this new chapter with audiences—and inspire fellow artists to chase opportunity wherever it appears.

Sherrell Bland
as "Mia"
Sherrell Bland (formerly Dandy) is 43 years old and a Kansas City native. She is married to co-star Brandon Bland, and together they have six beautiful children. She has a degree in Sociology, and works tirelessly with the youth in her community to ensure they are their best selves and have a bright future. She is the director of Mystic Stormz (dance organization). She enjoys being active at her church as a praise dance leader and a youth leader, spending time with her family, and giving back to the community. Sherrell has been in three of N His Will Productions, including the powerful productions "Rise Above" and "Despair"…both of which she played the lead role. Sherrell has been in every Bees Knees Production to date, including the hit production "Another Woman Will" and the riveting production "The Shooter". Sherrell is looking forward to continuing her tradition of being in every Bees Knees Production!

Miesha Ross
as "Patience"
I'm Miesha Ross, the oldest of 6. I grew up in Kansas City, Mo. Graduated from Paseo Academy of the Fine and Performing Arts in 2004. I was a Visual Arts major. I have 3 children (Ariyahna, Jaivion, and Aries). I am the co-owner of Event Palace, a local event decorating company. I love to spend time with my family and travel. Traveling is my therapy. I love giving back to the youth and plan to open my own youth empowering program in the near future. This is my first play with Bees Knees Productions, and I'm thrilled to be a part of such an amazing production/cast.
