The Passion of Dracula - February 04 - February 07, 2016

Bergen Arts & Science Charter High School

 End Notes

A note for our audience.

Our student-actors are very accomplished young people. They are challenged with balancing school work, family obligations, sports, social responsibility, and their own growing awareness and understanding of life.

Often I have been asked by parents and audience members alike, “What do the students get by participating in Theatre”? “Well we know the benefits of athletics, and the benefits derived from getting a good education.  But, what do they get from doing Theatre?”

Well, Theatre is one of the few human endeavors that is not so much about what you get, but about what you are willing to bring.

These young people have brought their unique talents, personalities, industry, and viewpoints together in a collaboration that will hopefully hold up a mirror to who we are as people. It takes commitment and it requires seeking the commitment of others.

 It is a noble endeavor.

Congratulations to the cast and crew of, “The Passion of Dracula”. You are beautiful examples of what it means to succeed!
