Justin Gates
Director
Justin Gates is humbled and thrilled to work with this amazing team and cast for his directing debut at Berklee. Gates dreamed from his first semester of bringing Sweeney to the Berklee stage, and is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to see that dream alive. He thanks his family, friends, and many teachers – especially Joey for fanning his obsession and Emerson for his amazing patience.

Asher Denburg
Music Director
Asher is an award-winning music director, arranger, and multi-intsrumentalist. A 6th semester CWP major, his work has been heard at NAMM, NYMF and beyond; this show marks his BMTC debut. Love to the cast, crew & pit! Previous: Curtain Up! 2015 (MD; Berklee), Threepenny Opera (Asst. MD/Piano; Boston Conservatory). Upcoming: Bat Boy (Key 2; Footlight Club), Parade (Accordion; Boston University).

Derek Shorter
Assistant Music Director
Derek is a 6th semester Film Scoring student at Berklee College of Music. He currently serves as the music director, pianist, composer/arranger, talent coach, for The Miss Virginia/Miss America Organization. Recent music direction credits include: "The Pajama Game," "Into the Woods," "Beauty and the Beast," "Hairspray," "The Rocky Horror Show," "Legally Blonde." Current: "Passion," "Gypsy."

Sharyn Braff
Stage Manager
Sharyn Braff is beyond excited to be part of her first stage production at Berklee. As a 7th semester music therapy major with little background in musical theater, Sharyn has been thrilled with all that she's learned through this experience. Sarah Mickey
Co-Producer
Sarah Mickey is honored to be a part of this amazing production of Sweeney Todd. Sarah is currently a 4th semester Pro Music major. Past Berklee credits include Next to Normal, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Bastard Jones, and The Kiss. Later this semester, you can see her as Kate Monster in MTC's production of Avenue Q and in Michael Wartovsky's new musical Cupcake. Break necks everyone!
