Disney's Beauty and the Beast - March 29 - March 31, 2019

Bishop Fenwick High School

 Acknowledgements

Hello!

We would like to thank the Bishop Fenwick Community and you, our audience members, for supporting this show. It has been an honor and a privilege to work with the countless actors, crew members, and volunteers that have put their heart in to this production. Please feel free to take some time to read through our cast bios, show supporters, and various bits of information before and after our production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Thank you to those who have worked to support our program. We would like to send particular thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Brandenburg, Mr. and Mrs. Kirchner, Mr. Planas, Mr. and Mrs. Andorn, Mrs. Kleingers, Mrs. Snyder, Mrs. Longfield, Mrs. Luers, Mr. Warnock and so many other parents and faculty for providing props, construction, costuming, event planning, and ticketing.

We would also like to thank the Bishop Fenwick High School Administration for their continued support of Fine Arts programs, as well as the Faculty & Staff for encouraging students to audition for the play, help as crew members, or come to support this production.

As you might have already noticed, this is a change in venue! We are excited to return to the Sorg Opera House after many years thanks to the efforts of the Sorg Opera Revitalization Group. While there is still a long road ahead for them, please find a SORG volunteer following the show and thank them as well.

So, "It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight. And now we invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair, as the Cast proudly presents.... Beauty and the Beast!"

Sincerely,

Mrs. Carpenter and Mr. Mulligan

Theater Etiquette

We welcome you to tonight's show, and again, thank you for your support.

As a reminder:

  • Please turn off all cellular devices and any device which makes noise as this could interfere with the wireless frequencies of our headset microphones.
  • Refrain from talking out of courtesy to your neighbors and to the performers on stage.
  • If you need to leave or exit the theater for any reason, please wait until a musical song or scene has finished and the stage is transitioning. There will be a fifteen-minute intermission after Act I.
  • Please, no flash photography as this could be dangerous to the performers on stage.

Absolutely no audio or video recording. This could jeopardize future dramatic licenses with Music Theater International or the Walt Disney Corporation.
