We are still adjusting to life through the pandemic. Though masks are no longer mandated and everything seems to be adjusting back to normal, it is a constant rememberance that we are still not out of the woods yet. With that being said, a more important thing to keep in mind, that I've been especially reminded of these past few weeks, is that the theatre is also constant. Through the bad and through the good, theatre never dies.

The cast of the Addams Family has been put through so much over these past weeks, and their true tests made appearance as the days passed leading up to show night. Their smiles never faltered, and if they did, they were brought back with a rush of positive energy unlike any I've seen before.

Being on the production team for this show has been an enlightening experience. As it was my first time officially being in this type of position, I was constantly on edge of making mistakes or messing something up. However, the marvelous cast I was working with proved me otherwise. Thank you. Thank you for all of the faith you have put in me. Thank you for your hard work and your acceptance. I love you all so much.

I'd like to especially thank Ms. Wilks for her endless support and always lending me motivation when I needed it. A special thank you goes out to Dorothy, Casey, Alex, and Erica who, though we all had so much to work through--theatre related and otherwise-- continued to provide support and open their arms to me. To Mrs Tozy, Mr. J, and Ms. Zellen, you have held such an important role in this production that I will never forget.

The beginning of my junior year and directing this show has made me, "want to laugh.. and cry.. and everything feels right and wrong all at the same time." Nevertheless, Troupe 2411 gained and holds one of the most special places in my heart.
