Mary Beth Frank

Director/Set Designer/Marketing

Mary Beth is in her 16th year of directing youth and students. She grew up on the stage floorboards in Indianapolis, appearing in professional, semi-professional, and community theatres. She is currently an adjunct professor of theatre and director at Huntington University, and she also directs the shows for Blackhawk Christian Theatre and runs the Junior and High School chapters of the International Thespian Society here at BCS.

Stephanie Young

Assistant Director/Crew Leader/Props

Steph Young is entering into her second year as Assistant Director with BCT. She has been helping in the background of theatre for over 11 years and loves it. Steph’s favorite responsibilities include working with students on props and sets, picking future shows and casting, and supporting the creative process of the Director. She also enjoys being a part of the dance & fight choreography rehearsals and watching the theatre magic unfold.

Danielle Tomell

Costumer

Danielle’s beginning in theatre was The Wizard of Oz while she was in high school. She then participated in nearly every production she could, continuing through Grace College (go Lancers!). She helped start the drama program at a small town high school with her husband, Benjamin, where he taught German. In 2021, she joined BCT production staff as Costumer. She has been blessed to be a part of a great staff and grateful for the warm welcome by the students. She wishes to thank Ryan and Shannon for being great partners this show, Fire and Light for their generosity, and the wonderful parents and grandparents helping with sewing!
