Director Note
Thank you so much for your support during such a difficult time. This pandemic has changed everything that we have known, from the way we purchase groceries to simply hugging someone, it is all different. This pandemic has been tough on theatre groups all across the world, and we have had to change how we approach every situation. When we began this school year, I asked myself can we, or even should we produce live theatre? The answer was simple for me, my students need something to distract them form the craziness happening in the world. When we began planning for the school year, I wanted to produce shows that were either free or pretty cost efficient. Thus, we began our school year with For Whom The Southern Belle Tolls and A Midsummer Night's Dream. These two productions have been great fun for me, and although we have had some hiccups, these students have truly stepped it up and have produced great pieces of work. Although, we do not know where this school year will take us, what I do know is I get to work with amazing and very talented students. Parents reading this right now, THANK YOU for allowing your student to be involved in something that they enjoy, and thank you for supporting our little program and helping us to grow.
