Mike Martone Jr.'s
Personal Thank You's
To Colin, as we continue our directorial journey here in Branford, I want to thank you for always being a supportive and understanding person. Life never goes exactly as planned but in the end we always end up on the same page. It is a partnership that I honestly would not change for anything. I will never stop saying it, bringing the love of theater to the Branford community has brought me no greater joy in my life. There is no place I would rather be than in “our church” the theater.
To Poala, our choreographer and spiritual leader! I am so very proud of you and your ability to balance everything you have going on in your life, while still choreographing an amazing show! Your work is incredible, and I would never want anyone else by my side throughout the process of creating these shows. Thank you again for making this such a special experience
for our students!
To Scott, thank you for being here to produce anything and everything the show needs to succeed. I am always so impressed by the dedication and respect you show to this program. You are willing to help with anything and everything, and you always deliver at the highest level. Thank you for being you, and doing things the right way. Many will never know the effort and time you put into this, I always will!
To Lauren for all you do. I appreciate all of the tasks you take on while still ensuring ticket sales are successful. It is nice to know that teachers in this building are willing to give so much time to the successes of their students. Thank you!
Sibel, Avery, and Ayla- You are an awesome stage management team!!! Every year you prove to be a stronger and more self-sufficient team. Thank you for continuing to set the bar so high!
To Kathie and Kellie, alongside so many more volunteers who have made this musical successful! You all stepped up in such a large way this year, especially Kellie, who went way above and beyond for this show. Thank you Kellie for saving the day! I love you all, thank you for
what you do!
To my Set Construction Team for taking my insane visions and making them a reality. I think you all are starting to see them too, scary ain’t it? There is no better group in the world to work with!
To Adam, I am continually impressed by your work and ability to grow as a technical designer and tech teacher from show to show. I am so proud to be a small part of your professional journey. I hope we can work together creating magic theater moments for a very long time. Thank you!
To Brendan and Tom, I am so lucky to have such an amazing sound team. I truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you for being such consummate and knowledgeable professionals!!!
A very special thanks to my family, who always gives me exactly what I need to succeed. I hope you know what you all mean to me, I could not be the person I am without all of you. Your love and support is unwavering and unmatched. I love you, Thank You!!!!
To my dad, who is a guiding force in set construction and design. I am glad to have you by my side and supporting me in my ideas and builds. Whenever I need you, you are there, a comfort I certainly will never take for granted. I love you!
As usual, I would like to dedicate this show to my mom, without her I am not sure I would be here in Branford. While her physical absence is ever present, the traditions she left behind keep her spirit with us at all times. She would have loved this! But I take comfort in knowing she is here watching over me every day! I miss and love you!!!
