Dear Brien McMahon Drama Family,

I am sure the entire audience feels the way I do – bring up the curtain and let’s start this amazing show!  We are waiting with anticipation and excitement to see your production of Beauty and the Beast.  I know the countless hours you have planned, rehearsed, designed, sawed, painted, and practiced to be ready for opening night.  The spectacular talent of our musicians, artists, thespians, set designers, and stage crew is the essential ingredient to making this show one that will entertain the appreciative audience. I applaud your energy and willingness to share your many gifts with us. 

I give a standing ovation to the small and powerful group of people who made the production of this musical a possibility. To the BMHS faculty who have once again gone above and beyond the call of duty:  Frank Arcari (man in charge), Scott Benson (the Pit), Ron Secchi (business coordinator), Kristina Bjelko, (crew advisor), and Jeannie Bunce (finances), I thank you for dedication both inside and outside the classroom.  To the host of dedicated parent volunteers who support our drama program you are wonderful partners.  You know what you have meant to this show.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Without your passion, commitment, and energy this performance would not have been possible.
