    Brittany Holtsclaw - Studio Artistic Director/Owner

    Living her dream, studio owner Brittany Holtslcaw is thrilled to direct her 6th BOSS Showcase. Brittany fell in love with the stage as a child. After years in Talented Theatre and graduating NOCCA, she received her BFA in Drama from New York University, and later worked in TV & Film. She has performed from New York to New Orleans, and locally with many theatres, most recently River Region Drama Guild, Rivertown, & St. Philip Neri. Brittany worked as an 8th Grade ELA teacher for 7 years before pursuing the studio full time. She continues to be active as a choreographer, studio teacher, certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, and performer. Brittany thanks her partner Raul, her large, loving family, and her fellow BOSS team for their dedication to make tonight possible. She continues to be humbled by the support of BOSS families and feels blessed for the chance to share her passion with students. Her most favorite role is Mommy to Leif and she wishes him good luck!

    Rachel Abbate - Song Performance/Musical Theatre/Tap/Improv

    Rachel Abbate, a Destrehan native, is thrilled to be part of the BOSS staff. Besides teaching voice, she enjoys a diverse musical career, spanning classical opera to musical theatre. Rachel has performed various operatic roles, including Jo March in Adamo’s Little Women and Ruggiero in Handel’s Alcina, as well as musical theatre roles like Lily in The Secret Garden and The Witch in Into the Woods. She holds a B.M. in vocal performance from Louisiana State University and an M.M. from Rice University in Houston, TX.

    Roselynn Alfred - Front Desk/Accounts

    Roselynn Hebert, a dancer from Harvey, LA, has over 20 years of experience in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop. Alongside her nursing job at West Jefferson Memorial Hospital, she has taught dance and choreographed award-winning routines. She is Mom to Kauren and Kaelynn, and bonus mom to Cameron and Georgia.  Since joining BOSS in 2020, she's taught classes, and now manages accounts and the front desk. Proud of her dancers' progress, she eagerly anticipates their performances onstage.
