A special congrats to Yerlin Mencia who was awarded Bonnabel's Academic Student of the Year 2019. 

Yerlin will also be announced at the end of this school year as the Talented Theatre Student of the Year. 

The theatre students and Mrs. Lanson are so happy to have shared the last four years with Yerlin. She is always memorized and prepared for rehearsals. She encourages those around her to work hard and take pride in the Theatre. We watched Yerlin grow into an exceptional and dedicated actress, director, and a wonderful role model in Theatre. As Theatre President, she has organized and worked every position from a performing artist to back stage crew member.  She is talented, caring, intuitive, dedicated, and focused in her pursuits. Yerlin consistently seeks out constructive feedback so she can improve her performance skills, which is a rare and impressive quality in a high school student. Yerlin is truly a stand-out individual who will impress everyone she meets.
