Asher Gillespie
as Mr. Bennet
Asher is a senior at Brunswick High School and this is his fifth show with the BHS Players. Some of his past roles include Balthasar (Romeo and Juliet), Maestro Reyer (The Phantom of the Opera), and of course Meyer Wolfsheim (The Great Gatsby). He is involved in many musical groups here at BHS including Honors Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Chamber Choir, and Spice Guys. His interests include music composition, game development, and of course theater. He is thrilled to star as Mr. Bennet and hopes you enjoy the show!

Caitlin Ellis
as Jane Bennet
Caitlin is a Senior and this is her 8th show with the BHS Players. She has been involved in musical theater and dance since she was 7 years old. Some of her most memorable roles have been Oaken (Frozen Jr) and Ensemble (Wizard of Oz Jr.) with Maine State Music Theatre; Purity (Anything Goes), Myrtle Wilson (The Great Gatsby), and Young Cosette (Les Miserables) with BHS Players; and Jane Banks (Mary Poppins), Kim McAfee (Bye Bye Birdie), July (Annie) and Alice (Matilda) with Midcoast Youth Theater. Caitlin wants to thank Linda, Mike, Camille, Olivia, and the cast and crew for making this a fun experience. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Kat Wells
as Mrs. Bennet
Kat is a senior and is HYPED for another amazing show with the BHS Players. This is Kat's seventh show, and this time she's the ever lovable (obnoxious) Mrs Bennet. In the past, Kat has been many roles, many of which were mothers and matrons, and Pride and Prejudice is no exception. She is also responsible for painting many of the sets. This has previously included the eyes for Dr. TJ Eckleberg (Gatsby), Gertie the elephant (Phantom) and other exciting things like rust and coal (Footloose! and Anything Goes). She wants to thank Mike and Linda for everything they do and how much they have helped her grow over the years, improving both her acting skills and herself. Now, if there happen to be any single men of good fortune reading this, Mrs Bennet has asked for them to contact her because she still has two daughters who are in need of a husband ASAP.
