It has been so exciting to have had the chance to put this together with such a great group. For the past two years, I have always told (maybe nagged) Sean & Sky that they should be in I DO! I DO! one day. Thanks to CTG for allowing that idea to become a reality and for bravely taking on a project that was, admittedly, new to us all in many ways. It took a lot of people working together to figure out a new way to safely present a musical theatre experience to our community in these times, and I hope everyone finds it as rewarding as I did.
Thanks to Steve, Karen, Cindy, Jeff, Ellen, Lily, Jack, Charles, Ian and everyone who gave their time & talents to our musical. Thanks & love to Mom, Dad, Katie, Mikey, Mickey, Erin, Jeremiah, Finn & all family & friends.
Most importantly, thanks to my Michael & my Agnes, it was a joy to be able to do this with the two of you. This process will be missed the moment it’s done. Without your talents, it would all be for nothing. Endless thanks & love to Sean & Sky. This experience was one of a kind, and “My Cup Runneth Over With Love” for you two.
May the day soon come that we can all gather in-person to share in these musical experiences and moments together. To work together in an actual theatre for the last 2 months has been incredibly exhilarating. However, if the last 12 months have revealed anything about the strength, determination, shared insanity & passion of musical theatre lovers in the wonderful state of New Jersey, it’s that in the end, with or without a physical space to gather in… our shared love of theatre helps us through the hard times…
