as Princess Winnifred
(11) Kamdyn has participated in theatre for 6 years. She has had many roles such as Babette in Beauty in the beast and Dorothy in Wizard of Oz. She loves participating in productions at both Cactus Highschool and Camp Imagination. She feels that Winnifred is a character she relates to on a day to day and has loved working with the cast. She plans to Major in Musical Theatre in the future. She wants to thank the arts staff, her parents, and her past directors for all they have done, and for preparing her for today.

(10) Christine has been involved in theatre performances for 6 years. She has immensely enjoyed working with other cast members to choreograph for Once Upon A Mattress. She loves performing on the stage whether it’s dancing or acting. She plans to pursue acting as a career and a focus in college. She has also been apart of Cactus’ Beauty and the Beast, and played the role of Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnest. She wants to thank her family for being supportive of her dreams and all the things they’ve done to get her where she is today.

Sonia Kanagaratnam-Trimble
as King Sextimus the Silent
(11) Theater was an unexpected extracurricular Sonia joined. Originally thinking she would've have been crew, to joining ensemble in Beauty and The Beast, speaking monologues as Lady Bracknell in the Importance of Being Ernest, and now pantomiming as King Sexitmus in Once Upon a Mattress has been a genuinely great experience. The feeling of performing in front of an engaged audience among an excited cast is a feeling she thinks people should experience at least once in their life. And she'd like to thank her dad, friends, and family for supporting her interests. Even though she plans to pursue a career in psychology, she would love to do more shows in college and outside of school, too. Until then, gotta keep performing on!
