Dear Cast and Crew,

I cannot tell you how proud I am of you. Not just because the singing was beautiful, the choreography sparkled, or the production looked magical, but because of who you became in the process.

From first rehearsal to closing curtain, I watched something extraordinary unfold. I saw nerves turn into confidence, students become storytellers, and individuals become a true company. The discipline, humility, teamwork, and resilience you showed matter far more than what happened under the lights.

Our verse, Ezekiel 36:26, reminds us that God replaces hearts of stone with hearts of flesh. In Mary Poppins, we see that transformation in Mr. Banks, and I saw it in you...In the way you accepted correction, encouraged one another, and chose excellence, even when you were tired. The stage was the platform, but the real work happened in your hearts.

Thank you all for trusting me. Thank you for your hard work. Most of all, thank you for allowing God to shape you in the process.

Now, take a deep breath, and break a leg!

With love,
Mrs. A

P.S. To my Senior Cast and Crew - Working with you has been a true joy. You are leaving behind a legacy that we hope to honor in the years to come.
