"Winds in the East, mist comin' in..." What memory just came to mind? How about "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" OR "Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring!" Mary Poppins has lived in the hearts of multiple generations. The magic and humor of these beloved characters were parts of our childhoods. We have worked to maintain the innocence and simplicity that P.L Travers so beautifully crafted. We hope that you find our cast as "Practically Perfect" as we do! The tireless hours of practicing the original Broadway choreography, learning the harmonies, the hours of painting, all of their dedication to make this the best show it could be is so greatly appreciated. We have the most amazing students here at MHS and we hope you enjoy our show as much as we have enjoyed putting it together. .
First and foremost, we want to thank the entire Staff and Administration at Middletown High School for their continued support of the Performing Arts. We know that with their efforts, we will continue to grow this program and make Middletown the premiere school for performing arts minded students. Thanks as well to the Maintenance and custodial staff for keeping things clean and working!
To all of the parents, thank you for allowing your children to be a part of this production. We realize their commitments become your commitments, so thank you for being so supportive. A special thank you to any parents who volunteered in any way with this production. Having your support means the world to us.
A huge thank you to Jeremy Fink, who spent days, not hours, days, at the school helping us design and construct this amazing set. We definitely would not have been able to put this together without you!
A heartfelt thanks to Leanne Brown who always goes above and beyond in any ways she can to make sure we have everything we need and that everyone knows everything they need to know! What are we going to do without you next year!
Finally, We would like to thank our seniors. Even though this is not your last show it is hard to believe that your high school journey is almost done! Please enjoy every moment of this show and the next so you leave here with so many cherished memories of your time here! Remember, Anything can Happen you just have to make it!
