 End Notes

To the cast and crew of Singin' In the Rain

Your director's would like to thank you all so sincerely for everything you have overcome and accomplished this year. You have all worked tirelessly to make this show what the audience will experience over this weekend. We are so proud of how hard you have worked. Given the unprecendented nature of this year we have watched you overcome more challenges than any that have ever been put before you. And we know that you are truly capable of anything. Now that the hard work is over, have fun during the performances. If you have fun, the audience will too!

And now for our 8th graders. Most of you have been with us for many years now. With this being your final show we have a few important notes to share with you. 8th graders we're sad to see you go, but we loved to watch you bring this show to life! Always remember:

We are the music makers,
And we are the dreamers of dreams,
Wandering by lone sea-breakers,
And sitting by desolate streams; —
World-losers and world-forsakers,
On whom the pale moon gleams:
Yet we are the movers and shakers
Of the world for ever, it seems.
~Arthur O'Shaughnessy
