Shana Schaffer Acray is grateful to be a part of this fun show along with this amazing cast. She is a proud mother to two beautiful young ladies and a music educator. She has been in numerous CharACTers productions and has also served as music director for several. She is extremely happy to be a part of this family and loves what CharACTers does for this community.
Shannon Waits

as Rosie

Shannon is overjoyed to make her debut performance with CharACTers portraying the role of Rosie. A graduate of Jacksonville State University and teacher of English and music at Sardis Middle School, Shannon has just recently stepped into the community theater circle. She is married to Russ Waits and has two children, Austin and Sara Margaret.
Brandi Caldwell

as Tanya

This is Brandi’s first show with CharACTers. She has also played Ouiser in Steel Magnolias, Mrs. Hopkins in My Fair Lady, & Bloody Mary in South Pacific. Brandi is currently the Tech in Motion Specialist at JSU Inservice Ctr. Brandi lives in Springville with husband, Marty and three kids Trey, Brady, & Leilah. She is grateful to her family for their love & support!
Kelsey Trussell

as Sophie

Kelsey is thrilled to be making her CharACTers debut! Kelsey is a Music Education major at Jacksonville State University. She has been seen in recent JSU productions of Peter Pan, Company, and Phantom of the Opera. Kelsey would like to thank her family and friends for their support and looks forward to many future artistic endeavors.
Eric Sexton

as Sam

Eric Sexton is the Collegiate/Student Ministries Director of the Etowah Baptist Association. Eric began performing with CharACTers in 2014 and has been blessed to be in ten shows. Eric has been married to his wife Laura for 19 years. He has two children, Logan and Reagan.
