Kevin Arthur
Kevin is delighted to be participating in another Chill Bucket Production (thanks Jeff and Dakota!) having played Paul Sycamore in "You Can't Take It With You", Schlosser in "Awake and Sign" and Professor Richard Pierson in "War of the Worlds". He has also appeared in numerous productions in the Westchester area for theatre companies such as the Harrison Players, the Armonk Players, Actors Conservatory Theatre, Bedford Community Theatre, Phoenix Theatre & Arts and the SOOP to NUTS Short Play Festival.

Katie Luekens Chan Chee
Katie Luekens Chan Chee is an actor, singer, music director, and teacher (Lakeland High School). Recently, she has appeared onstage in The 25th...Spelling Bee (Rona Lisa Peretti - ACT), 9 to 5: The Musical (Roz Keith - ACT and Clocktower Players), Sister Act (Sister Mary Martin-of-Tours - Clocktower), and Closer Than Ever (WPPAC). She served as MD for In the Heights and Cabaret at the White Plains PAC, and for The Full Monty at ACT in Yonkers, as well as numerous high school productions including Lakeland's spring 2021 musical cabaret - for which she not only MDed but also directed and wrote the script. When she is not onstage or the MD, she frequently plays keyboard in the pit for various local theaters, and she sings professionally both at St. Joseph's Parish in Bronxville and as a freelance soloist and ringer. Thanks to Dakota & Jeff! Most of all, she sends all her love to Brian (the Best. Husband. Ever.), without whom she would be lost.

Kathy Files DiBiasi
Kathy Files DiBiasi is an actor and educator living in Westchester County, NY. She is thrilled to join Chill Bucket Productions again, having recently performed in their delightful Evening of Shakespeare. Kathy last appeared on stage as Judy in the Elmwood Playhouse production The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. More recently she played the role of Edith in Blithe Spirit with the M&M Performing Arts Company at the beautiful Lyndhurst Mansion. Some of Kathy’s favorite past roles include Pamela in The 39 Steps, Babe in Crimes of the Heart, Annelle in Steel Magnolias and Mary Warren in The Crucible.
