Just over one year ago, our entire school lost someone near and dear to us, but as a theatre department, we lost a student whose infectious attitude brought joy to each rehearsal.  Megan Lee Gooch will forever be a part of Thespian Troupe 8487.  

Darcy Grace would like to take this time to recognize her dear friend Megan Gooch, who has been at the center of the theatre program since freshman year. Darcy Grace is dedicating this performance to Megan because, without her, she wouldn’t be here. All of her favorite memories at this school involve Megan; she influenced everyone in the best way with her positive attitude and beautiful smile. “You may not know how you might matter to people right now, and you cannot know how you will matter in the future, but you already matter.”

Megan has been in almost every performance Taryn has done. She always brought excitement and fun to every show and rehearsal. Taryn will always cherish their talks about family and life in general while painting sets, pulling pranks on their
director, and all of their other shared memories from theatre. Taryn is so thankful for all the great times together and she would like to dedicate this performance to Megan.
