The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition - December 11 - December 13, 2025

Collingswood Middle School

 Director's Acknowledgements

It takes a village to provide our students with a well-rounded musical theater experience, and I would be remiss if I did not give much deserved acknowledgements to these individuals:

  • Starlite Productions for stage light rental and technical assistance.
  • Andrew Loder for organizing our Collingswood Theater apparel fundraiser.
  • Kelsey Kohler and the Borough of Collingswood for permitting the cast and crew to participate in the annual Collingswood Holiday Parade.
  • Dani Armano and the students of PAWS TV for recording our show.
  • Joshua King for animating the volcano sequence.
  • All of our parent volunteers for assisting backstage, at our box office, in the theater, and organizing our cast party.
  • Jackie Walters, Claudia Super, and Chuck Jackson for partnering with us and encouraging Woodlynne students to participate in our production.
  • John Longo, Mike Sinesi, and the Collingswood Buildings & Grounds Department for continuously providing our students with the facilities necessary to produce shows of our caliber.
  • Dr. Fred McDowell, Meredith Howell-Turner, David Olivieri, Laura Kriebel, and the Collingswood Board of Education for their support of our theater program.
  • All of our families, spouses, significant others, and loved ones for putting up with our crazy rehearsal schedules, especially N1L.
  • Our amazing student crew volunteers: whether you helped with costume organization, moving houses, designing props, changing microphone batteries, and everything in between - this production would not have happened without you.
  • The student directors for being excellent leaders and role models to the cast members. You have brought so much energy and enthusiasm to this show, and we truly could not have pulled it off without your help.
  • The production team: Bryan Gross, LaToya Goodall, Chuck Jackson, Amy Marzolino, Kaitlin Hartmann, and Bryan Dickerson for bringing your specialized and brilliant expertise to our production and our students. I could not ask for better colleagues to take this journey with me! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
  • The SpongeBob Cast: Each and every one of you brought something truly special to this show. Whenever I felt overwhelmed with the neverending minutiae of directing, I would be picked back up again by your unmatched energy and enthusiasm. You have once again raised the bar far beyond my expectations. It was a pleasure to watch you grow from our very first rehearsal to today. I'm so proud of each and every one of you. Much love to you all.
  • Last, and certainly not least, YOU... thanks for supporting the arts :)
