Almost, Maine is a sweet and funny story about different stages of love. It was suggested to me by my oldest daughter, Jessica, when I first started at Colony six years ago!  I am so glad we finally have a chance to tell this heartwarming story. And while Almost, Maine is a fictional setting and town, to me it feels very familiar and relateable! I hope you enjoy the show as much as these directors, cast, and crew have enjoyed making it come to life!

Every Year my Senior Directors impress me with their dedication, attention to detail, and vision for their production. This year is no exception!  Reed, Jay, and Sienna met several times before auditions and made sure they had a plan and vision for this show. They held auditions, designed the set they wanted, arranged for help building that set, and made rehearsal schedules for their actors. They decided on lights for their scenes and worked out the music so that each scene would be set just right to tell the story of Almost, Maine. I love their passion for Drama, and can't wait for you to see what they've accomplished! I will miss these seniors greatly next year, but know that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

I would also like to give a big shout out to the following people for giving freely of their time and expertise to help out with our set:

Jeff and Teresa Clemmer (Reed's Parents)- Thank you Teresa for giving up a Saturday to help cut, put together and run errands when we needed a Lowe's run!

Brian Mead for sound set up and hanging our new cyc- even though we decided it should be night, we will use the cyc for years to come!
