CTRA's first musical would never have been possible without all the support we received along the way.  The entire ensemble and crew would like to say a very special thank you to the following:

  • Mrs. Dadona for her support of this production.
  • Everyone at Goodwin College, especially Ray Maselek and his crew, Philip Moore, Dan Rego, Katie Vallier, and President of Goodwin College, Mark Scheinberg.
  • The faculty for cleaning out their closets and raiding their houses for costumes and props and also for being understanding of our cast/crew members during our exhausting tech week.
  • Ms. Dye, Ms. Young, Ms. Rosario, Ms. Falvey, and Ms. Ribas for taking the lead on stage, props, costumes, and make up.
  • Roberto Gonzalez and Andrae Smith for being willing to help any way we needed you during tech week.
  • Lucia V. & Harlette LeFleur for transforming our Angel.
  • Summit Studios
  • Kevin Bianchi and Jan Kratochvil for our headshots and rehearsal pictures.
  • Kathy Loiselle of Simply K Studios for photographing our tech rehearsal.

Message from The Directors

525, 600 minutes

In the story of RENT, we see the journey of a group of friends over the course of one year. Here at CTRA we have had a similar journey.  It has been a year of firsts.  Our first year here.  First year of having music at CTRA.  First theatrical production.  First group of talented performers to grace our stage.  Throughout our journey, we have watched you all grow not only as performers but as individuals.  You have amazed us, inspired us, and reminded us what family is all about.  The are no words that can truly display how proud we are of everything you have achieved.  Walk away today knowing that you've created something unique and no one will ever be able to take that away from you.  We love you.

To our amazing colleagues from the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank you for all your support over this journey.  We are so lucky to work with educators who go above and beyond for every student. A big thank you for all your work in guiding our scholars towards this endeavor.

And finally, to the parents and guardians, thank you for your cooperation and understanding of the huge time commitment necessary for the success of this production.  Without you, none of this could have been possible.
