Message from the Drama Club President
Dear Sister Act Audience,
On behalf of The Drama Club Officers and the whole cast and crew of our production of “Sister Act”, we would first like to thank you for coming to tonight’s performance! I wish you a night filled with laughter and hope; that you find a brief hiatus from the chaos of the world whilst we perform our production of “Sister Act.” The names on the previous pages in this program show you some of the most talented and hardworking students in our fantastic district. The time, effort, and talent of our whole organization shines through each number, costume, prop and set change on stage. I couldn’t be more proud of the cast and crew of this production and couldn’t be more excited for you to see.
I would like to thank everyone who has lent a hand and contributed to every piece of this show. A special thank you to Mr. McCloskey and my father Mr. Talbert for their help building the set, and to Mrs. Whaley, and Mrs. Talbert for their help with costuming. I’d also like to thank Mrs. Kubas for her help with this program you read now, Mr. G for his hours of help with our sound, Reece for choreographing the whole show, and every parent and friend helping with making this production happen; as well as thanking our community and all those who donated, sponsored and advertised in our program. We thank and appreciate you and your generosity endlessly. I’d like to thank our administrators and more specifically, our Principal, Mrs. Nappi, and our Superintendent Mr. Manely, who value and always support our program. And finally, I’d like to thank Mr. Bable and Mr. Crawford, who have given the most time, effort and support for our production, we couldn’t do this without you, we can’t thank you enough.
Thank you all again for coming to our production, and for your support. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy our production of “Sister Act”!
Lohgan Talbert, Drama Club President
Message from the Assistant Director
Welcome, Rebel Nation and guests to Crestview High School’s production of “Sister Act”! We are extremely excited to get this hilarious show onstage--I’d say we’re all in need of a good laugh during these present times, right? The students have been collectively working as hard as ever, and it always impresses me to see them enthusiastically take ownership of all aspects of a production (and “Sister Act” was no different): performing, lighting, costumes, props, and everything else in between. Our Rebel students are very creative, passionate, and some of the kindest young people one could ever hope to work with, and I look forward to rooting them on in all of their future endeavors! Please enjoy the show!
Andrew Crawford, Assistant Director
