Deon Ridley
Director/Choreographer
Broadway Credits include A Christmas Carol starring Frank Langella at Madison Square Garden and The Lion King. In 2001 Deon performed with the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, for Michael Jackson’s 30th Anniversary Celebration. Internationally Deon has performed in many shows including Cats in Hamburg, Germany and has been featured in shows throughout Europe and Asia. On tour Deon has been seen in shows such as Damn Yankees and Fame the Musical. In 2003 Deon was featured as leading dancer and dance captain for Grammy Award Winning singer Celine Dion in her Las Vegas premiere called A New Day at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas with Director Franco Dragone and Emmy award winning choreographer Mia Michaels. His most recent credits includes the world premiere of Secondhand Lions the Musical at 5th Ave Theatre in Seattle with Emmy award winning choreographer Joshua Bergasse and The Wiz at Maltz Jupiter Theatre in Jupiter, Florida, Spamalot at the North Carolina Theatre.

Natalee McReynolds
Music Director
Natalee is originally from Knoxville, TN. She graduated from Otterbein University in 2011 with her B.M. in Vocal Performance. She then moved back to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee, where she received her M.M. in Voice Performance in 2013. Natalee recently moved to Charlottesville, VA, where she quickly built a studio of over 20 singers at the Music Education Center. In addition to teaching and performing, Natalee also enjoys doing yoga and snuggling her puggle, Ruby. Thus far, her performance career has allowed her to travel to China, Austria, and various parts of the United States. Show credits include: Roxie Hart (Chicago), Sarah Brown (Guys & Dolls), Lily (The Secret Garden), She (Will You Marry Me?), Musetta (La Boheme), Susanna (Le nozze di figaro), Evelyn Nesbit (Ragtime), Johanna (Sweeney Todd), Polly (The Beggar's Opera), and more! She will be Music Directing our Dream Team program and our JTF troupe this year.

Stage Manager
Laura's love of the theater began in middle school, and decades later, she loves the opportunity that DMR provides her to be a stage manager while raising her three boys. She'd like to give huge thanks to her husband who helps keep the home fires burning during her DMR hours!
