Annika Braun-Wahlin
as Star To-Be, Ensemble
Annika is excited to be in her sixth DMR production! Most recently, she played a pirate and a crab in Pirates Past Noon. Annika enjoys playing the violin, reading, drawing, and ballet. She has written a play and is working on a novel about a unicorn. Annika aspires to be a vet and an actor. She loves her little sister Freya and is in third grade at Johnson Elementary.

Freya Braun-Wahlin
as Molly, Ensemble
This is Freya’s third DMR production. Most recently, along with her older sister, she was in the production of Pirates Past Noon. Freya loves to draw, sing, and dance in her ballet class. When Freya grows up, she wants to be an astronaut or diver. She looks up to her big sister Annika. She is in first grade at Johnson Elementary.

Franny Barrett
as Annie, Ensemble
The summer before third grade Franny took part in a Sleeping Beauty camp at DMR, and her love of musical theater was born! Franny is so thankful to Melissa and the DMR teachers for all they have taught her over the past 2 1/2 years. She will miss her DMR family so much when she moves to Massachusetts next month, but she looks forward to returning for camps in the summers!

Lila Burnett
as Pepper
Lila is in 4th grade at Greenbrier Elementary. She is very excited to play the role of Pepper and be part of this Annie production. Lila started theater in 2nd grade and has been in productions of Elf Jr, Pippi Longstocking and Bye Bye Birdie. She loves to sing, dance, run, ride her bike and hang with her friends.

Claire Carty
as Rooster, Star To-Be
Claire is in 5th grade at Scottsville Elementary. She’s excited to be cast as Rooster in her DMR debut! Claire played the lead role of Lucy in her school’s production of “Dig It” and has also performed at Victory Hall. Claire loves being on her gymnastics and softball teams . She thanks her mom, dad and sister Lily for their support!
