Xavier Taylor
Director/Music Director
Xavier Taylor is a local performer and singing teacher of everything from classical to rock. He is originally from Maryland and studied voice at New England Conservatory. He will be directing Finding Nemo JR in the fall and dircting our new pre-professional troupe, the All Stars.

Katie Wall
Choreographer
Katie Wall is a recent graduate of the Viterbo University BFA Music Theatre program with a minor in Dance. She is a DMR alum, having performed in shows here as well as an alum of the YLP program. Recent roles include Wendy Jo in Footloose (Viterbo University), Heather Duke (Viterbo University STP) and Celisse in Godspell (Paul Bunyan Playhouse). She is so excited to be back on the team and part of this wonderful organization. She will be the director of the Dream Team pre-professional troupe this year and the Director/Choreographer of the Fall Conservatory: Mean Girls JR.

Susanna Kuhn
Stage Manager
Susana graduated from the University of Virginia this spring where she double majored in Global Development Studies and Drama. This is her first summer with DMR where she has been working as a stage manager and she is grateful for the opportunity to branch out beyond the scope of UVA theater and into the Charlottesville community.

Karen Schlicht
Costume Designer/Production Manager
Karen Schlicht started out costuming her daughter when she was younger and then helping out other moms. She loved it so much that she had to teach herself how to use a sewing machine. Her favorite part about costume design is trying to create that little extra special for each child. Recent theater credits in costume design was Dear Edwina at Four County Players and Frozen KIDS with DMR Adventures.
