Alex Everett
(Emcee) Alex isn’t new to any stage anywhere just new to Dare to Defy and the dream role of Emcee! Hailing from West Virginia, it has been 18 years since he’s been in a production and what a welcome back it’s been! Alex can regularly be seen with the fabulous Rubi Girls as Minnie Skirt, who stands a whopping 7 foot tall granting him the title of the tallest drag queen in captivity. Dance will always be in Alex’s life no matter where he goes and all he wants is people to feel joy when he’s around! ‘Thank you mom dad and Brenda, aka Jacob for being the foundation my life is built!!’

Charity Farrell
(Sally Bowles) Charity is thrilled to be making her D2D debut. A returning Dayton native, she has appeared in live theatre and television as well as films across the United States and abroad. Favorite film/television credits include; “I Can See Your Voice” (FOX-series premiere), "Forever'sEnd" (2014 *Best Actress, 23rd Annual Fancine Film Festival) and "The Father and the Bear" (2016*Spirit of Independent Film Award, Stony Brook Film Festival). Charity has also appeared in productions ranging from off-broadway and regional, to sailing the seas as a Production Singer aboard some of the largest passenger vessels in the world. She has had the pleasure of working with such theatrical artists as Sara Bareilles and Diane Paulus, Bill Russell, Lynne Taylor-Corbett, Jim Kierstead, as well as film and Television directors such as John Putch. Thank you to everyone in the Dayton community for welcoming me back with open arms! BIG LOVE!

Garrett Young
(Cliff Bradshaw) Garrett is beyond grateful to be making theater again in these trying times. Some favorite credits include Bat Boy: The Musical (Bat Boy/Edgar), Othello (Iago), The Who’s Tommy (Tommy), The Last Five Years (Jamie), Side Show (Buddy Foster), A New Brain (Minister), and Much Ado About Nothing (Don John). Garrett is a resident artist with Dare 2 Defy and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from Ohio Northern University. For Ben, Buddy, and Bash.
