DIRECTOR'S NOTES  

Thank you for joining us this evening.  We are excited to present to you Beetlejuice Jr!  It tells the story of Lydia, who tries to find her new place in a world after tragedy as she discovers that life should be cherished and that when we are around those we love, we are always home.  

This 8th grade performance has been a true joy to work on, as our actors have shown grit and excitement during our rehearsals.  Our cast has a mixture of students who are experienced on stage, and many who are performing for their very first time.  We are so proud of them for taking this risk to try something new and hope they have created memories they’ll hold for many years to come. We are also so grateful for the students and teachers who worked behind the scenes to make this show a success; we could not do this without you! 

To our audience, thank you for all of your support over these past few months. So before we lower the curtain, be certain to enjoy the show! IT’S SHOWTIME!!
