Brooke Garfinkel works as a teaching artist, director and actress, and has taught, directed, and performed on both the east and west coasts. Her passion truly lies in utilizing theatre education to help students find their voices and self-confidence while building effective communication and collaboration skills. She attended Montclair State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with an honors Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting with a minor in Musical Theatre. She has taught with Montclair State University, the Marin Shakespeare Company and Riverside Theatre Arts previously, and is very proud to currently be teaching for and working with George Street Playhouse, McCarter Theatre Center, and Aspire Performing Arts. brookegarfinkel.com

Erin Schwab holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Performance from Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of the Arts, where she was the recipient of awards for "Outstanding Achievement in Music,” and “Outstanding Vocalist.” Further studies in music have included artist residencies at the Castleton Festival in Virginia, the Chautauqua Institution in New York, and the Crested Butte Music Festival in Colorado. A classically trained soprano, she has performed many roles in the operatic repertoire, and has been a featured concert soloist and choral singer at notable national venues such as Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Le Poisson Rouge, as well as at venues abroad in the UK, Canada, and Oman. Prior to Willy Wonka Jr., her musical direction credits have included The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Rutgers, as well as Annie Jr. and Alice in Wonderland Jr. with Curtain Up Studios, a children’s theatre company based in Glen Rock. She has been the primary soloist and choral section leader at The Community Presbyterian Church of Ringwood for almost 10 years, and served as the Assistant Choir Director at Lakeland Regional High School in Wanaque for 3 ½. She maintains a private voice studio in Ringwood, and is also the resident vocal coach at Curtain Up Studios. In addition to her work as a performer and teacher, she is also very passionate about arts administration. Currently, she is proud to serve as Arts Administration Assistant for The Art School at Old Church in Demarest, Marketing Manager for Curtain Up Studios, and Assistant Project Manager/Social Media Coordinator at Sound Imagination, a multimedia production company based in Springfield.
