Micheal Lao
as Basilius, King of Arcadia
is thrilled to return to DVC in this production of Head Over Heels! You may have seen him before as Chuck in Footloose. Other productions include Once On This Island (Armand Beauxhomme) and Bright Star (Stanford Adams) at Contra Costa Civic Theater, and The Music Man (Harold Hill) with the Youth Musical Theater Company. He would like to give a huge thank you to everyone involved in this production for making his first movie musical experience memorable and lively, his best friends for the constant push that keeps him going in his career, and his mom and her husband, and his dad for supporting his dreams.

Brianna Mungo
as Gynecia, his wife
is thrilled to be performing in her seventh production with DVC Drama. You may have seen her in recent seasons as a Bird Girl in Seussical, Norca in Our Lady of 121st Street, or Olivia in Twelfth Night. Brianna has also acted in various film/media projects, including Ted Bundy: The Survivors on Reelz. She’s set to appear in the new series, Eternal Echo, shooting this summer. She’d like to thank her friends and family for their unending support and encouragement.

Rachel Whalen
as Pamela, their eldest daughter
is excited to be returning to DVC Drama as Pamela after graduating from Southern Oregon University. She previously performed on the DVC stage in The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Godspell. In Oregon, she performed in Cabaret and Limetown. She would like to thank her amazing friends and family for continuously supporting her, her voice teacher, Madeline, the fantastic cast and crew, and of course, Lisa and Conway for giving her this opportunity.
