    Colleen Bowling

(Ann) Colleen has trained through various techniques from Meisner, Lee Strasberg and Rob Reece.  She will perform a supporting role in the upcoming feature film, Fairyland, set for early release in 2023, performing alongside Scoot McNairy.  Within the last year, Colleen has appeared in several national television commericals and can be seen on The Daily Show, showing off her Irish Dancing Skills.  A big fan of Michael Buble, Colleen also got to work alongside him in his recent music video I'll Never Not Love You.

A Candle Burns Slowly is Colleen's theatre debut. When not on stage or in front of the camera, Colllen can be found managing her marketing agency, THRILL Communications, with her husband, cheering on her four children at their various sporting events or hiking the hills of the San Fernando Valley.

  • Anthony Dirossi head shot

    Anthony Dirossi

(Carlo) With A Candle Burns Slowly Anthony returns to the stage after 30 years to honor his late wife. One of Chicago's own, after studying voice at The Fine Arts Building, he moved to NY and studied at HB Studios with Herbert Berghoff and Uta Hagen. Though while studying The Method at Lee Strasberg, he found actings' truth.

He has been a member of various guilds and theatre groups, including The Dramatists Guild of America, SAG, Stage Rights and The American Renegade Theatre.  Some theatre credits include Ben in The Sunshine Boys, JohnnyBoy in Big Shots and Joey in DreamerBoy. He is a Published Poet, a College Football MVP, scratch golfer and loves to "cut loose" under the disco ball.

Anthony would like to thank the cast and a very special thanks to Lori Wenderoff.  Every theatrical production has an angel and Lori with this play has earned her wings. Thank you for your endless energy and being the brains behind the curtain. You were God sent!
