Adelene Pereyra
as Veronica Sawyer
Adelene is a senior at Dougherty Valley. This is her second year in the DV Drama program, as she first worked as a backstage manager and set designer last year. Outside of DVHS, she has performed with I Can Do That! Performing Arts Center, most recently appearing as Gabriella Montez in High School Musical on Stage! in February 2022. She would like to thank Mr. Vega and Ms. Reis for the honor of playing the role of Veronica Sawyer and the many family, friends, and mentors who have gotten her this far. From the bottom of her heart, she hopes you enjoy the show!

Milan Mohamed
as JD
Milan Mohamed is an avid dog owner, big brother, and best friend. He spends much of his time binging Netflix shows and his nonprofit work as well as enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is incredibly grateful to them for all the support in his first musical performance- and a special shout out to DV alumna Shefali B for convincing him to try something new and Anoushka Patel, for always making him practice his singing.

as Heather Chandler
Zoë is a senior at Dougherty Valley and is so excited to be performing in this year’s musical, Heathers! Zoë has been performing on stage, singing and dancing, since she was five years old. She’s been in the DVHS Drama Program for all of her years of high school. When she’s not onstage, she loves cheerleading and competing on the stunt team. She hopes you enjoy the show!
