Alyssa Abando

as Connie

Alyssa has been part of the DHS theater department ever since her freshman year. When she was a sophomore she played the role of Chip in Beauty and the Beast. Alyssa was a part of the trophy winning Varsity DTASC Shakespeare musical group. For Clue, Alyssa worked backstage, as the stage manager. She also takes part in Femineers and the Writing Center. Alyssa is incredibly thankful and excited to be able to return and perform on stage again.
Mariah Aldape

as Judy

Mariah is a junior performing for the first time in a DHS production. Last semester she contributed to Clue: On Stage on the Crew. Mariah also proudly contributed to DHS' first ever Varsity DTASC Shakespeare Festival Trophy playing the role of MacDuff. Mariah also wrestles and looks forward to many more DHS prodcutions next year.
Isabella Avalos

as Kristine

Isabella is a junior at DHS and serves as the ITS vice president. Isabella has performed in DHS productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Almost Maine, and Clue, and Crucible, the show that was lost to the pandemic. Isabella loves to dance and is in a part of the DHS Dance Department.
Ben Burciaga

as Zach (the Director/Choreographer)

Ben is a junior. He debuted his talents on the DHS stage last semester with his performance of Professor Plum in Clue. Ben has competed in the DTASC Festival on both the Junior and Varsity levels and recently earned an Honorable Mention for his portrayal of Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream. In his free time, Ben enjoys surfing and watching movies.
Wyatt Calderon

as Mike

This is Wyatt’s fourth and final year at Downey High School, he plays Mike in a chorus line and has covered the roles of Graffiti Pete and Monsieur D’arque in the shows In the Heights and Beauty and the beast. He plans to pursue theatre after High School just for fun and plans to do all this while attending Rio Hondo College to pursue a career in Fire Fighting.
