Natalie Carotenuto
Technical Director / Lighting & Sound Design
Natalie (AKA Ms. C) has worked in the live entertainment industry for six years, beginning her training in concert audio production, then later discovering her love for theatrical sound and lighting through her work in the Dracut Public Schools. She has had a wonderful time working for DHS and RMS, assisting in the design of Descendants: the Musical and Holes 2022, followed by Footloose! and The Crucible in 2023 and Oklahoma! in 2024. Outside of the theater, Natalie is a full-time audio/visual technician, and continues to freelance as a live audio engineer in her free time.

Hayley Wood
Stage Director / Scenic Design
Hayley Wood has been involved in the theatre arts for over a decade. She has earned her B.A. in English, Theatre Arts from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and has since been involved in theatre production management around the city of Lowell. For the last five years she has had the pleasure of working on the Dracut Public Schools' Theatre Arts productions as Production Manager and Director.
