This will be my second year in theatre and I joined cause I had been wanting to do that since freshman year but we went online. It seemed like such a fun community and i wanted to be involved. It gets a little hectic trying to balance theatre with sports and student council but i wouldn’t have it any other way!

Annie Jr. is something I thought I never would be doing. Gosh I never evem thought I would ever do a musical, but here I am. With a role that is in the top 3! When I auditioned I thought I would get a smaller role. But Mrs. Sauve had faith in me and gave me Miss Hannigan. At first I didn’t want to be Miss Hannigan, but it’s probably better for me to build as an actor.

I’m Jenn currently a Junior and the President of The Theater Leadership Program here at Durango HS. I've been in many school events and plays regarding theater. It’s a safe environment that has gotten me out of my comfort zone since sophomore year, I plan to pursue in the Theater industry as I already am! I give all the thanks to Mrs.Sauve and my family because I couldn't have done it without their support.

I love acting as devious characters or villains because it lets me put my all into a role as the antagonist to the hero. Cause the protagonist always needs an opposing force to fuel their story to which I will gladly take.
