 Featured Cast & Seniors

  • Maverick Sutherland ('24) head shot

    Maverick Sutherland ('24)

    as Nathan Detroit

This is Maverick’s 4th musical at Eden. He has performed previously as Flounder in The Little Mermaid ('19) one of the three little pigs in Shrek the Musical ('18), Robin in Something Rotten ('21) and as a member of the ensemble in 42nd Street ('20). He plans on looking into an entertainment career after continuing with shows at Eden. He gives all of his thanks to his supportive family, his amazing friends, and all of YOU that bought a ticket to see this production that he and the rest of the cast have worked so hard to create.

  • Gianna Gould ('22) head shot

    Gianna Gould ('22)

    as Miss Adelaide

Gianna appears in her eighth and final show at Eden. Recent credits: 42nd Street (Phyllis Dale), Something Rotten (Featured Dancer), The Little Mermaid (Featured Dancer), Catch Me If You Can (Featured Dancer), and Shrek The Musical (Young Fiona) for which she was a Kenny Award nominee for Best Small Ensemble. Gianna has been a dance captain for several shows and this year served as the Student Choreographer. Gianna is a member of the Eden High School band and has participated in Area All-State and All County (percussion). She would like to thank her parents and siblings for pushing her to become a better performer. She would also like to thank all of the volunteers who came together to make this show possible. Enjoy the show!

  • Carson Barrante ('22) head shot

    Carson Barrante ('22)

    as Sky Masterson

Carson is taking part of his 6th and final musical at Eden. He was always insecure about his abilities in acting and singing, but he had since grown to be a strong part of the cast. His passion for musicals truly ignited when he was a part of the middle school musical as Young Simba in The Lion King. He also participated in Shrek the Musical ('17) Catch Me If You Can ('18), The Little Mermaid ('19)  and as Shylock in Something Rotten ('21). He was a member of the stage crew in 42nd Street ('20). Carson wants to thank the people around him for giving him immense love and support throughout the hardships of a show, and he wants everyone to leave their all on the stage and break a leg out there (not literally, though). He will be going into the Army as a Human Intelligence Collector, and pursuing writing and acting in college after.
