In his letter to the church at Philippi, the apostle Paul included the following statement of gratitude:
"I thank my God upon every remembrance of you."
His words demonstrate a heart full of thankfulness at the mere thought of his audience.
This sentiment resonates with the directors as we think about all of the many hands and hearts that went into making this production possible. In every prop, costume, and set; in every word or song performed; in every detail of our show are memories of the generosity of those who -- out of an abundance of kindness and good will -- contributed to the work we do. Without a thought for recognition or reward, countless members of our school faculty, our personal family, and the community at large have come together to give our students an opportunity to showcase their talents on the stage.
So, on behalf of the students we serve,
THANK YOU for being a part of our show;
THANK YOU for investing in our program;
THANK YOU for believing in all of us; and most of all,
THANK YOU for seeing the treasure that lies
in the heart of each of our students.
