Vision:
Making God's name famous through faith-based theatre, film, and media arts.
Mission:
Developing bridges between the performing arts and faith-based
interests locally and globally by excellently producing and professionally employing faith-based performing, visual/media
and written works to help individuals realize their life’s purpose
Values:
Biblical truth, excellence, engagement, encouragement, edification,
enlightenment, entertainment
Calling and History
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:14
1999 Founder, Cynthia Garcia, completes her studies at the American
Musical and Dramatic Academy, NYC.
2000 – 2004 Serves as WorshipArts Leader at a local New York City church.
2005 – 2015 Serves as the leader of the Drama ministry at a local Texas church.
Writes/directs and produces original material.
2013 Called by God to minister through the arts outside of the local church
body. Writes and copyrights original scripts. Graduates from Inspire
Women's Life Purpose Academy.
2015 Exalted Arts is established. 501(c)3 is obtained. New Christmas play
designed to be an annual signature performance, is produced.
Reaches over 600 people.
2016 Conducts fundraisers in effort to produce annual Christmas show.
Reaches over 600 people. Donates to a local cause (Star of Hope) that
aligns with Exalted Arts' mission.
2017 Selects an additional cause (DePelchin Children’s Center) to help
further its mission. Becomes an approved vendor in local Houston
school district.
