Brinley Tapp

Brinley Tapp, a 16-year-old sophomore at Fayette Academy, is very excited to participate in Cats the Musical. Brinley is the daughter of Bryant and Penny Tapp and has two siblings, Braylon and Judson, who also attend Fayette Academy. This is Brinley’s first year in Performing Arts, and she is very thankful to her teachers for giving her this opportunity. Brinley has played soccer for Fayette Academy since eighth grade and is a member of the Ecology Club. She is also on Fayette Academy’s award winning trap shooting team. This past summer she attended the state and national trap shooting tournaments and placed fourth at state. Brinley attends First United Methodist Church of Somerville with her family and is an active member of her youth group. She enjoys participating in community service with the church. She also enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her friends.

Sydney Hall
as Carbuckety
Sydney Caroline Hall, a thirteen-year-old eighth grader and the daughter of Stephen and Elly Hall, is excited to be performing in Cats. She has been in Performing Arts for the past two years and performed as a Jitterbug and an Ozian in the Wizard of Oz last year.This year Sydney was a snowflake and an Arabian in The Nutcracker. Sydney is on the junior high Cheerleading squad and is a member of the junior high golf team. Sydney loves all water activities and loves to cook and bake with her family and friends. She is interested in fashion and enjoys shopping with her mom. Sydney is a Christian and attends First Baptist Church Hickory Withe and participates with the youth group. She tries to live her life so that others see Jesus in her. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Ella Baker
as Cassandra
Ella Baker is exited to be Cassandra in Cats the Musical! She is originally from Hornsby, TN. Ella has been dancing for three years. She does many kinds of dance - ballet, jazz, and en pointe, a type of ballet that is performed on the very tips of the toes. Ella was part of the Fayette Academy dance group that won first place at the Star Power competition in Memphis. She danced in Fayette Academy’s production The Nutcracker and the Wizard of Oz last year. Besides dance, Ella is also involved in golf. She says, “I am inspired to push myself to my limits by my family, friends, and the people around me who give me so much love and support.” She would like to thank Mrs. Becky and Mrs. Angelia for making everything she loves about Performing Arts possible!
