This is my third production with the FPHS Drama Department. I am on the Fort Payne High School Varsity Winter Guard as one of the captains. I will be attending the University of North Alabama in the Fall of 2017 to study Psychology.

as Baloo
August Shanklin has been in two Fort Payne drama department plays including Sleepy Hollow and Yes Virginia. After graduation, August is attending Jacksonville State University and plans on majoring in nursing.

Miley Cruz
as Baby Mowgli
Miley Cruz is six years old. She loves to play with her friends, watch kids play on YouTube, and go to Tumbling. She has developed a love for being on stage!

Anna Carden
as Mowgli
The Jungle Book is Anna Carden’s second Fort Payne Drama Department play. She starred as Ally in the FPHS production Yes Virginia! There is a Santa Claus. She will be starring in The Jungle Book as the role of Mowgli. Anna is 18 years old and will be attending Auburn University in the fall of 2017 majoring in Equine Sciences/Pre-vet. She enjoys playing basketball, riding horses, and hiking.
